About The Position

Support the maintenance management and work order application systems in a back-end role. Work primarily with Maximo, Excel, and Oracle Field Service (OFS) to maintain and update data systems. Approximately 85% of the role will involve Maximo, Excel (manipulating Maximo data), and OFS, with the remaining 15% supporting other data systems. Work closely with Data Systems team members to support internal users.

Requirements

Associate's degree or higher in a relevant technical or business field, or 5+ years of relevant experience in maintenance management or data systems preferred.
0–2+ years of directly related experience.
Knowledge of related applications and databases.
Strong computer skills with the ability to perform in-depth data analysis.
Demonstrated logical and analytical thinking skills.
Ability to collect accurate data, analyze problems, and develop solutions.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal customers.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
Self-starter with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Update, maintain, and insert data in Maximo using the user interface and import/export tools.
Support data management for preventive maintenance (PM), work orders (WO), job plans, operating procedures, assets, and locations.
Analyze data, identify issues, and assist with developing solutions.
Perform data manipulation and reporting using Excel.
Support Oracle Field Service (OFS) and other data system activities.
Work with internal stakeholders and follow direction from the Data Systems team.
Assist with related application and database support as needed.
