We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst to provide expertise in Requirements Management, Design Management, and Special Projects for DoD business management applications for Commander, Navy Installation Command (CNIC) programs. This role involves full life-cycle support, including designing, documenting, testing, and deploying business management applications. The analyst will analyze business and technical processes to develop and modify information processing systems, such as financial tracking, requirements and design tracking, and help desk management. The position requires working independently or as part of a team to develop requirements and designs for cloud-deployed online applications. Adherence to sound software requirements and design processes within an agile environment is expected, with a focus on high-quality delivery. Responsibilities include developing software user manuals, conducting software release demonstrations, and participating in various project meetings. The role involves collaborating with government stakeholders to design, develop, integrate, and test solutions, leading requirements elicitation, and documenting high-level and detailed designs. This includes using requirement and design tools for task tracking, change management, and updating SRS/SDD documentation. The analyst will also gather requirements, design UI mockups, analyze and document business processes, track user documentation, and assist with post-ATO process documentation and vulnerability remediation. Additionally, the role includes assisting with Help Desk management by tracking customer issues and notifying appropriate departments.
