The Business Analyst II in the Office of Information Technology (OIT) provides procedural guidance, and one or more of the following: process improvement recommendations, business requirements planning, system configuration management, systems implementation and delivery, service management, application testing, quality control, project management, and advanced reporting to user departments for specific application software used by departments. The Business Analyst II will also perform advanced analysis of exception conditions, error processing, workflow efficiencies, for multiple software applications used by departments that they support. This role is not a business analytics position. The Business Analyst II will lead end-to-end business analysis for Perceptive Content and ServiceNow, including stakeholder discovery, requirements definition, workflow design, access review, and evaluation of automation and integration opportunities to deliver secure, auditable, and sustainable solutions aligned with SDLC practices. They will produce and maintain clear documentation and coordinate solution delivery with developers, platform administrators, and functional stakeholders to ensure implemented workflows meet approved requirements and are supportable in production. They will also work with campus partners to establish relationships, streamline processes, and improve workflows.
