As a Business Systems Analyst within PNC's SRC organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Columbus, OH, or Strongsville, OH, Birmingham, AL or Dallas, TX. Lead day-to-day application support activities, including issue triage, system troubleshooting, workflow validation, and root cause analysis to ensure optimal system performance and reliability. Elicit, analyze, document, and refine business requirements, workflows, and functional specifications to support system enhancements, integrations, and API-driven initiatives. Design and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and functional test plans, develop test scripts, coordinate testing cycles, and validate system changes across multiple environments. Create and maintain process documentation, workflow diagrams, data flow maps, and functional guides to promote cross-functional alignment and support successful project delivery. Partner closely with IT teams, developers, QA analysts, and business stakeholders to investigate defects, assess downstream impacts, and ensure timely resolution of issues. Support software release management, change request processes, and production monitoring efforts to maintain application stability, system integrity, and business continuity. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process optimization opportunities and recommending enhancements that improve user experience and operational efficiency. Responsibilities

  • Participates in developing functional requirements for business systems; tests, trains and implements applications.
  • Translates clients requirements to functional documentation; participates in technical designs and test planning.
  • Designs, prototypes, configures, and tests new or enhanced applications.
  • Performs customer support processes and activities for the implementation of new or existing applications.
  • Monitors the efficiency and effectiveness of application operations and troubleshoots problems, as necessary.
