About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Business Analyst / Solution Specialist with deep expertise in Sales Cloud to partner with business stakeholders and deliver scalable, high-impact Salesforce solutions. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert (SME), translating business needs into technical solutions, driving platform enhancements, and leading end-to-end delivery across Salesforce initiatives.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Salesforce BSA, or similar role
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud (mandatory)
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration (declarative development)
  • Proven experience delivering Salesforce implementations and enhancements end-to-end
  • Strong understanding of business process mapping, requirement gathering, and solution design
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to bridge business and technical teams effectively
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce certifications such as: Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst, Sales Cloud Consultant
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ / Revenue Cloud
  • Familiarity with Sales processes such as GoToMarket processes, Sales Compensation / Incentives, Outreach, Forecasting and Revenue Intelligence
  • Familiarity with Agentforce
  • Experience with reporting, dashboards, and data analysis in Salesforce
  • Strong consulting mindset with the ability to influence stakeholders
  • Ability to lead discussions, workshops, and executive-level presentations
  • Proven track record of driving Salesforce adoption and process optimization
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce best practices and platform roadmap

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business and system requirements
  • Translate requirements into functional specifications, solution designs, and user stories
  • Serve as a Salesforce Sales Cloud SME, providing strategic guidance on platform capabilities and best practices
  • Lead and support end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects, including design, configuration, testing, and deployment
  • Perform Salesforce administration and configuration (declarative), including workflows, flows, validation rules, and security model
  • Partner with technical teams to ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with architecture standards
  • Conduct impact analysis, risk assessment, and solution feasibility evaluations
  • Support and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements
  • Provide ongoing production support, troubleshooting issues and coordinating resolutions
  • Maintain and enhance Salesforce documentation, knowledge base, and release communications
  • Drive process improvements and adoption through training, demos, and stakeholder engagement
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and lead cross-functional initiatives and projects
