Hover's Revenue Operations team is in an exciting moment: we're not just optimizing existing workflows - we're rebuilding how our revenue teams operates with AI at the center. This role sits at the intersection of our Business Systems tech stack including Salesforce administration and AI-powered automation, and we're looking for someone who is genuinely energized by both. You'll be the technical backbone of our RevOps team, owning Salesforce while rolling up your sleeves on a set of high-impact AI initiatives already in flight: email automation, AI powered sales call preparation, automated deal desk process, and closed lost insights. You bring deep CRM expertise, a builder's instincts, and real curiosity about what's possible when tools like Gong, Claude, Hex, Slack, and Clay are wired together intelligently.
