About The Position

CTG is seeking to fill a Business Systems Analyst IV opening for our client. This role supports the Enterprise Capacity Management Program through cross-domain reporting, governance coordination, and analytics. The analyst will partner with technology teams to collect, validate, and align capacity and demand data, including utilization trends, forecasts, risks, and constraints. Responsibilities include aggregating data and developing standardized dashboards, reports, KPIs, and executive-level materials for leadership and governance forums. The role also involves coordinating and facilitating capacity management working groups, governance meetings, and steering committees, documenting decisions, actions, and follow-ups. Analysis of capacity data to identify trends, risks, constraints, opportunities, and areas for optimization is key. Collaboration with infrastructure, monitoring, architecture, and business stakeholders to define reporting requirements and improve data quality and consistency is expected. The analyst will support capacity management standards, processes, reporting structures, and the onboarding of new technology domains, as well as identify process and reporting gaps and recommend improvements to strengthen program maturity. Ensuring project and program activities comply with applicable technology standards, risk controls, regulatory requirements, and governance processes is also a core function. The Business Systems Analyst IV will serve as a functional lead and subject matter expert for moderately complex to complex capacity management initiatives, facilitating cross-functional discussions and translating business and technology requirements into actionable reporting and analytics solutions. The role requires managing multiple priorities, milestones, deliverables, and stakeholders in a matrixed enterprise environment, and providing data-driven insights and recommendations to support leadership decision-making. Support for testing, implementation, issue resolution, and post-implementation activities is also part of the scope. While there is no direct supervisory responsibility, the role includes mentoring and providing guidance to less experienced analysts and team members, and coordinating activities across multiple technology domains and project teams.
