Compensation: New hires start between $84 466 and $112 621 based on experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, internal equity, and market factors. This position is first level technical support for all business systems and supports the IT application system issues and service requests as application specialists. The position acts as liaison between business user groups and technical systems groups. Creates and updates process and procedure documentation, as well as training program documentation for Application Systems. Performs and coordinates the analysis and design of system solutions and maintains a thorough understanding of the needs from the business and technical perspectives. Captures business and technical requirements, develops business specifications for new and enhanced systems and process workflows, facilitates evaluating and selecting solutions, develops and deploys testing, training and documentation strategies. The BSA works with the business on quality processes through training and testing support for Application Systems.
