Provides overall administrative and operational analytics utilization for activities and functions related to Patient Experience. This includes measurement and reporting on all applicable department databases. Works collaboratively with physician leadership, administrative leadership and related committees as well as supporting departments and operational units. The Business Analyst analyzes and prepares reports using both quantitative and qualitative data, based on information derived from the complaint and patient satisfaction databases and other data inputs.
