About The Position

As a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) I, you are a critical bridge between ambitious business goals and technical execution within our GTM systems ecosystem. You will partner with various business units, moving beyond simple documentation to diagnose multi-step user problems and translate them into clear, actionable technical solutions. Reporting to the Director of Business Systems, this role is ideal for an independent problem-solver who can "speak the language" of both business leaders and engineers. You will own configuration changes end-to-end, ensuring our GTM systems, like Salesforce and Outreach, directly support our company's growth and efficiency.

  • Analytical Rigor: Ability to use logic and methods to solve difficult problems and translate them into simple technical documentation.
  • Process Mapping: Demonstrated ability to document "As-Is" and "To-Be" process maps.
  • Professionalism: 2-4 years of experience in a high-growth tech environment or systems-focused role.
  • Communication: Excellent multi-mode communication skills, with the ability to build consensus among Product, Engineering, and Business groups.

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator).
  • Experience in a high-growth, startup environment.

Responsibilities

  • Requirements & Documentation: Lead requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders and translate user needs into comprehensive technical documentation, including BRDs, "As-Is" process maps, and "To-Be" workflows.
  • Problem Diagnosis: Independently diagnose multi-step user issues and translate requests into clear, simple user stories that drive development forward.
  • System Configuration: Own configuration changes (fields, rules, objects) within a single system end-to-end, ensuring solutions are technically feasible and scalable.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Proactively gather feedback from a defined user group and act as a consultant to ensure solutions meet stated business needs.
  • Decision Making: Make high-quality, timely decisions on configuration choices to prevent development stalling.
  • Autonomy: Work independently on assigned features and projects, proactively managing scope within well-defined project boundaries.
