The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) serves as a critical liaison between business operations and technology. This role is responsible for analyzing business processes, eliciting and documenting system requirements, and supporting the design, implementation, and optimization of technology solutions that enhance efficiency, regulatory compliance, and service delivery. The BSA supports mission-critical systems that enable patient access services, provider engagement, financial operations, and organizational effectiveness.
