Business Systems Analyst/Data Engineer
About The Position

We're seeking a DevOps Engineer with strong Azure cloud and DevOps expertise to support the delivery of enterprise data and analytics platforms. In this role, you'll design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure and application deployments, and help ensure secure, reliable, and efficient delivery across Azure-based data environments. Working alongside architects, developers, and platform engineers, you'll drive automation, improve operational excellence, and enable faster delivery of high-quality solutions for our clients.
Requirements
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a DevOps Engineer supporting Azure cloud environments and enterprise data platforms.
- Strong expertise designing and maintaining Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, release management, and environment configuration.
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code using Bicep or ARM Templates, along with PowerShell and/or Python scripting.
- Experience with Git version control, Azure security, identity management, and secrets management using Azure Key Vault.
- Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills with experience working in Agile delivery environments.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Databricks, and Power BI Deployment Pipelines.
- Experience implementing Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights for platform monitoring and operational support.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, cloud governance, and enterprise security best practices.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale cloud migration, data platform modernization, or analytics transformation initiatives.
- Financial services consulting or regulated industry experience.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines supporting enterprise data and analytics platforms.
- Automate the deployment of Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Databricks, and Power BI assets across development, test, and production environments.
- Configure and manage Azure environments, release pipelines, infrastructure, security controls, secrets management, and identity access.
- Implement infrastructure as code, monitoring, logging, and deployment automation to improve platform reliability and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional delivery teams to continuously enhance deployment processes, automation, and DevOps best practices.
