We are seeking a highly motivated Business Systems Analyst to join our Broker/Dealer Back Office Operations team. This role serves as a critical liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, providing strategic and tactical solutions that align technology with business objectives. A successful candidate will have experience in: Experience in Financial Services and/or Accounting Strong understanding of Fixed Income Securities Gather, analyze, document, and manage business and system requirements Support application planning, implementation, and configuration Ensure solutions are cost-effective and align with operational needs Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address business requirements Contribute to the successful delivery of business and technology solutions that meet organizational objectives. Key responsibilities of this role include: Lead and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Lead and execute Regression Testing, Lead and execute End-to-End Business Testing, Provide Production Support, Monitor and evaluate user experiences, Identify opportunities to improve system productivity, Recommend and implement process efficiency enhancements, Ensure system solutions meet business and operational needs, Provide senior-level consulting and strategic guidance to business partners, Recommend and drive process improvement initiatives, Analyze and resolve complex system and workflow challenges, Facilitate meetings with business and executive stakeholders, Deliver presentations to executive-level audiences with confidence, Quickly learn and adapt to new business processes, systems, and technologies, Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills, Apply strong organizational and analytical skills to complex business issues, Build and maintain effective relationships across teams and stakeholder groups, Lead and support cross-functional initiatives, Thrive in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment, Drive business outcomes through collaboration, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement. This position may be eligible for remote work in select geographic locations, subject to approval by PNC. If approved, work must be conducted from a quiet, secure, and confidential home-based workspace. Occasional in-office participation may be required based on business needs. Provides senior level consulting services to internal business groups on process improvement projects designed to improve their business results. Analyzes, defines and documents clients requirements, and revises existing systems logic challenges, as necessary. Requirements

  • Experience in Financial Services and/or Accounting

  • University / college degree, with 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience.
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
