About The Position

The primary purpose of this position is to conduct story-driven and data-driven analysis of business challenges and design robust, automated solutions tailored to business requirements within a global-scale, homegrown ERP environment. This role involves gathering and translating business requirements into detailed technical solution designs, including concept, logical, and physical designs, while leveraging expertise in software development (Java, SQL, Python), Database design, and software architecture (REST, event-driven, distributed systems). The position also supports implementation and testing through DevOps processes, utilizing monitoring, logging, troubleshooting, and debugging tools for effective production support. By collaborating closely with development and business teams, this role ensures solutions are cost-effective and aligned with both technical and business objectives. The position can handle middle-level domain requirements with some guidance, enhancing system functionality, improving process efficiency, and contributing to the successful delivery of advanced integration solutions.

Requirements

1–3 years of relevant work experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, or a related field.
Experience with eCommerce platform management (Browser and Mobile)
Experience with AI concepts, delivery and technology
Working Knowledge of Confluence and JIRA
Comfort working within a complex, multi‑region, multi‑department environment.
Knowledge of APIs and integration concepts (XML, REST, JSON)
Experience managing requests, backlogs, specification reviews, and supporting quarterly planning activities.
Strong ability to engage and collaborate effectively with business and IT stakeholders across teams.
Technical tools and skills include Postman, SQL/MySQL, Power BI (including DAX), Python, and Cursor.
Ability to execute instructions independently while knowing when to seek clarification.
Java, Python, SQL, REST APIs, and microservices
Mobile platform buildout, guiding requirements gathering and backlog execution with Developers
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, including the ability to perform complex calculations and data analysis.
Effective verbal and written communication skills in English and local/regional languages as required.
Ability to prepare and deliver clear, structured presentations.
Proven adaptability, with the ability to adjust quickly to change and learn new systems and technologies.
Strong time‑management skills with the ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Commitment to confidentiality, ethical standards, and organizational policies.
Proficient use of relevant computer systems and applications at an intermediate level.

Nice To Haves

UAT testing experience, including scripting and execution, is an asset.
AI experience an asset as this position also plays a big role in AI/Agent integration across multiple platforms

Responsibilities

Conduct story-driven and data-driven analysis of business requirements within own domain (may with some guidance)
Develop comprehensive technical solution designs, encompassing conceptual, logical, and physical aspects.
Utilize expertise in software development (Java, SQL, Python), database design, and software architecture (REST, event-driven, distributed systems), for middle-level domain requirements (may with some guidance).
Engages with business and IT partners to clarify requirements and ensure alignment between solutions and business needs.
Utilizing monitoring, logging, troubleshooting, and debugging tools for effective production support.
Assist in developing such as data analysis prototypes and performing data migration tasks, etc., under supervision.
