This position is not available for visa sponsorship or relocation assistance About the Role We’re looking for a Business System Developer to join our Enterprise Applications team and serve as a technical leader supporting critical tools that power our R&D and Marketing organizations. In this role, you’ll act as a primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Jira Cloud and Wrike, delivering both strategic project work and day-to-day operational support. You’ll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to design, build, and maintain scalable business system solutions that improve efficiency, enhance transparency, and enable teams to do their best work. This role blends hands-on development, system administration, and stakeholder partnership, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both technical depth and business impact. Why This Role Matters The systems you’ll support and enhance are mission-critical: Jira Cloud supports approximately 2,000 R&D users, powering software delivery and service workflows Wrike supports Marketing teams (~50 users) for go live events and go to market campaigns Recently, the team: Successfully migrated 500,000+ Jira issues from On-Premise to Jira Cloud Built and supported key integrations with ServiceNow and Salesforce Developed a Salesforce integration to upload billable engineering timecards and automate professional billing services Your work will directly impact on how teams plan, execute, and deliver across the organization.
