About The Position
This position is available only for current Ohio residents. The role of Business Systems Analyst 3 (Job ID: 809899) is an onsite position for the State of Ohio - CBUS. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience leading testing efforts, driving requirements strategy, and supporting enterprise system implementations. Key skills include test planning, functional and UAT leadership, and end-to-end validation in both Agile and Waterfall environments. The role requires strong data mapping and analysis expertise for new system integrations and interface design, with an ability to identify overlaps, risks, and constraints to shape holistic implementation strategies. Experience in gathering requirements and supporting deployments for Governance, Risk, Compliance, and ITSM platforms, specifically Onspring and Neurons, is essential. The workload distribution is typically: requirements gathering (30%), data mapping/analysis (30%), testing leadership (30%), and stakeholder meetings (10%).
Requirements
- Business Systems Analysis experience
- Test lead and test planning knowledge
- Data mapping ability for new system implementations and interfaces
- Ability to work in both waterfall and agile environments
- Ability to identify overlap and key connections while gathering requirements
- Ability to look at application requirement gathering and implementation strategy to wholistically to identify overlaps, risks, and constraints
- Previous work implementing and gathering requirements for a Governance, Risk Management, Compliance, and ITSM tools
- Experience with Onspring and Neurons
- 7+ years of experience
