Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst with strong expertise in creating User Stories/System Requirements, Data Mapping/Analysis/Modelling and Requirements Elicitation Skills.
- Prior experience leveraging existing APIs/Microservices (understanding of API Specifications, initiating REST API Requests and interpreting Responses, familiarity with JSON Syntax and tools like Postman)
- Strong expertise in executing the database queries and data flow to understand the ERD and business logic.
- Prior experience with / working knowledge of: System Context Diagrams, Flow/Sequence Diagrams, Use case diagrams/documentation, Project Delivery (Agile/PDLC), JIRA, Confluence, MS Office, MS Visio
- Financial experience is a must
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent Microsoft tools knowledge (ex. Excel, Power Point, Visio, Word)
Responsibilities
- The BSA will utilize broad business and technology to recommend and implement solutions which address business needs.
- Demonstrated ability to elicit, document, prioritize and define business needs and requirements in complex scenarios and/or enterprise analysis (multiple stakeholders across departments, unstandardized or undocumented processes, multiple systems, inter-related initiatives, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to communicate with and influence all levels of management
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills
- Structured and organized
- Understanding of project management lifecycle, practices and methodologies
- Experience in managing delivery, support, and executive expectations.
