The Business System Analyst (BSA) with QA/UAT responsibilities will analyze the organization's objectives, perform root-cause and gap analyses, and recommend changes. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, acting as an advisor between technology, support, and business units. The BSA will influence stakeholders, facilitate requirements sessions, and conduct analysis using various tools to make informed decisions. Key activities include developing Business Requirements/Functional Spec documents, translating high-level requirements into functional ones, and performing workflow design/process mapping. The role also entails communicating project components, providing support for business process standards, validating and optimizing procedures, and identifying/developing business process standards and guidelines. Additionally, the BSA will provide analytical support for performance measurement, metrics analysis, and process improvement, and aid in preparing presentations and reports. The position requires creating test scenarios, reviewing test results, gathering requirements, maintaining project documents in Confluence, creating process flows and diagrams in Visio, supporting QA and UAT by reviewing test cases, and participating in Agile ceremonies.
