About The Position

This role involves proactively analyzing business and user needs to identify, evaluate, and develop complex information systems that meet business requirements. The analyst will provide insights into the business implications of technology systems and offer senior-level technical consulting to internal business groups on process improvement projects aimed at enhancing business results. Key responsibilities include formulating and defining system scope and objectives, directing process improvement projects, leading the design and testing of new or enhanced applications aligned with the business technology strategy, and overseeing the implementation of business systems and software. This includes creating blueprint capabilities for software, middleware, and hardware, analyzing and documenting existing systems logic challenges, and making necessary revisions. The role also requires monitoring user experiences and feedback to enhance system productivity, leading the collection and documentation of functional requirements, and guiding less experienced team members. Participation in special projects and other assigned duties are also part of the role.
