About The Position

SCOPE: Christensen, Inc. is a privately held, mid-market fuel, propane, and lubricants distributor operating across the western United States. As the organization continues to modernize and scale its systems landscape, we are implementing NetSuite as our core ERP platform. We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst – NetSuite ERP & Financial Systems to support day-to-day operations, system administration, and user support across NetSuite and a broader portfolio of integrated financial and business systems. This role sits within the Finance & Accounting Applications & Systems Team (FAAST), a centralized team supporting 15+ systems and their integrations. This position will play a key role in supporting the NetSuite ERP environment while continuing to manage ticket-driven support across systems such as Salesforce, DM2, GP, ServiceNow, and others. This is a high-impact, high-visibility, execution-focused role requiring strong prioritization, independent ownership, and cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and IT.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Business, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience supporting NetSuite
  • Experience working in a ticket-driven, multi-system support environment
  • Experience supporting integrations, APIs, and data mapping
  • Working knowledge of SQL
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and operate independently

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting or implementing NetSuite ERP
  • Experience with finance or accounting systems
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, legacy ERPs (GP, DM2), or similar systems
  • Experience with reporting or automation platforms

Responsibilities

  • User Support & Ticket Management Serve as a primary point of contact for NetSuite ERP and financial systems support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and clear, professional communication
  • Triage, manage, and resolve help tickets across multiple financial and business systems supported by FAAST
  • Balance ticket workload across systems while meeting service expectations and minimizing business disruption
  • NetSuite ERP Administration & Support Act as the primary analyst supporting day to day NetSuite ERP operations
  • Provide hands-on support including transactional troubleshooting, data validation, and user access management
  • Support configuration, testing, and optimization of NetSuite (roles, permissions, workflows, forms)
  • Partner with Finance and Accounting teams to support critical processes and resolve system issues
  • Support ERP implementation, stabilization, and continuous improvement efforts
  • Systems Administration & Enablement Configure, test, and support functionality across integrated systems including forms, workflows, roles, permissions, and data structures
  • Support enhancement requests, backlog items, and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with business priorities
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce manual effort, and improve user experience
  • Integrations, APIs, Coding & Data Mapping Support and troubleshoot system integrations, including API-based data exchanges between NetSuite and other enterprise systems
  • Assist with data mapping, validation, and transformation logic to ensure accurate data flow
  • Execute SQL queries to support troubleshooting, validation, and reporting
  • Maintain integration and system documentation
  • Stakeholder Collaboration Work directly with business users to understand system issues, document requirements, and deliver sustainable solutions
  • Maintain data accuracy across supported systems and proactively resolve discrepancies
  • Create and maintain system documentation and job aids to support scalability and audit readiness
  • Assume other responsibilities as assigned
