About The Position
Responsible for the satisfactory operation of the laboratory computer system and for serving as liaison with the hardware and software support in order to maintain the system at top efficiency and addressing operating problems that arise. Must exercise independent judgement in many decisions. Responsible for promoting teamwork with all members of the healthcare team. Performs duties in a manner consistent with St. Luke’s mission and values.
Requirements
- Associates degree in Lab Science or Computers required
- Lab experience required
- Computer experience required (Cerner or other Electronic Health Record, Excel, Word, etc.)
Nice To Haves
- BS or BA degree preferred
- 2+ years experience in a technical laboratory preferred
