About The Position
Under the direct supervision of the Collection’s Supervisor, the Collector exercises primary responsibility for maintenance and liquidation of the Hospital’s accounts receivables.
Requirements
- Knowledge and ability to utilize a Computer
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
- Ability to be a self-starter
- Ability to demonstrate a pleasant voice and good public relations while performing duties
- HMO/PPO knowledge required
- Minimum High School graduate or GED equivalent
- Three to five (3-5) years’ experience in a hospital, medical and/or related field
- Computer experience required
Responsibilities
- Maintenance and liquidation of the Hospital’s accounts receivables.
