Responsibilities

  • Set and allocate institutional business targets, ensure the effective achievement of key performance indicators at each stage through process monitoring, data analysis, and resource allocation, and drive year-over-year growth in premium income and market share.
  • Recruit agents and introduce new teams, organize business training, skill-enhancement programs, and marketing activities, establish a standardized training system, and improve team productivity and retention rates.
  • Design honor systems and incentive programs, plan key marketing campaigns, and drive team motivation through proposal submission, process supervision, and effectiveness evaluation, promoting continuous business growth.
  • Coordinate resources across departments such as product, operations, and finance to resolve institutional operational issues, promote the implementation of innovative business pilots, and ensure efficient business process execution.
