About The Position

This role is based in Downtown Philadelphia with a minimum of 4 days a week in office. This is an excellent opportunity for an accomplished Business Support Manager to work side-by-side with the Regional Executive for Commercial Middle Market at Citizens Bank. The qualified candidate will provide first class confidential, reliable, and comprehensive support to the sales management for these markets and industry segments.

Requirements

  • Senior administrative experience of 5 - 7 years required.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
  • Strong computer and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid written, verbal and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and sensitivity to deadlines/confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor
  • Marketing and Social Media savvy.
  • Strong presentation building skills (PowerPoint).

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce, Oracle, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Analytical skills and demonstrated experience preferred
  • Research skills using AI tools

Responsibilities

  • Manage day to day operations of the office and support of Commercial Bank team members for the region.
  • Support sales management with call tracking, salesforce entry/reporting/reconciliation, pipeline management, and pitchbooks.
  • Sales Management Assistance using internal data bases and AI research tools
  • Support general office management and help as an ambassador of the office and key member of the local business support team.
  • Coordinate events with internal partners, team, and clients.
  • Perform data entry and pull reports within Salesforce.
  • Respond to, forward and/or distribute email communications as appropriate.
  • Human Resource support, travel planning, travel expenses when needed.
  • Coordinate registration, marketing and logistics for multiple trade shows and conferences.
  • Uphold high standards for work quality and privacy.
  • Maintain and order marketing supplies as needed.
  • Process payables/invoices for the office.
  • Business Continuity Planning support.
  • Ability to spearhead issues in the office: maintenance items, repairs, etc.
