Interns are an important part of what makes JLL a great place to work. Within our program, interns are an integral part of our team working alongside real estate analysts, transactions professionals and other associates. You will gain valuable insight into the commercial real estate industry while being exposed to multiple lines of business over the course of your internship. JLL is looking for qualified interns to join our summer internship program. During the internship, the intern would assist with the following: * Supporting the vendor onboarding process * Drafting JLL-vendor contracts for execution * Working with vendors to obtain and review data for Supplier Business Reviews * Conducting risk assessment on vendors, identifying any trends that may impact operations * Utilizing JLL and Supply Chain systems to obtain and analyze data for actionable insights * Critically reviewing Supply Chain processes to identify simplification or process improvements The ideal candidate should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment and will finish the internship having gained broad experience in Supply Chain aspects of Commercial Real Estate.

Requirements

  • Current undergraduate students majoring in supply chain management, or any business related majors
  • Ability to think and work independently
  • Ability to work with multiple people on a variety of differing projects and meet assigned deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong analytical skills - interest in analyzing data
  • Able to think critically and problem solve
  • Strong knowledge of PC, Windows, Internet applications. Word and Excel is a must
  • Adept to learning new programs
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
