This position will be responsible for supporting the operations of the shipping and receiving department by receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming and outgoing mail and packages within the facility. This role requires strong organizational skills, time management, and the ability to lift medium weight packages. In addition, this role will maintain and manage the physical environment of the facility by performing minor building maintenance, ensuring spaces are clean, safe, and fully operational. Handle event setups, maintain inventory and supplies, and execute routine safety checks and inspections of the site.

Responsibilities

- Operate mail processing equipment, maintain tracking records, and ensure smooth, efficient interoffice communication.
- Perform minor building maintenance, such as light bulb replacement and furniture repair.
- Ensure spaces are clean, safe, and fully operational.
- Handle event setups, maintain inventory and supplies, and execute routine safety checks and inspections of the site.
