About The Position

This role is for a proactive, organized, and personable administrative professional to join the Business Support Team as a Facilitator. The position plays a key role within the central Business Support function, providing first-class administrative support in the Denver office. The focus is on enabling Partners and Consultants to concentrate on client projects by ensuring seamless operations and support. The Facilitator will be the first point of contact for a diverse range of personnel.

Requirements

  • Significant administrative experience, ideally within a large professional services organization.
  • Excellent MS Office skills, especially Outlook, Teams, and Word.
  • Strong experience of diary, travel management, and expense submissions.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships and work optimally in a team environment.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and quality.
  • Demonstrate strong planning, organisation, and problem-solving abilities, especially when under pressure.
  • Adaptable, flexible, and committed to supporting your team.
  • Strong work ethic, proactive, and able to lead on multiple tasks.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience creating high-quality presentations and using Excel is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in mentoring junior team members desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for Partners, including travel and logistic coordination across multiple time zones, submission of expenses, calendar or meeting coordination, supporting internal team meetings, external client events, and preparing documentation.
  • Manage general time and workload to meet tight deadlines.
  • Provide Denver office facilities support, acting as a main point of contact for office-related matters, liaising with staff and building management.
  • Oversee the day-to-day office operations, including ordering and maintaining office supplies, spaces, and equipment.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, catering, and visitor requirements.
  • Support in the coordination of events that contribute to team building and bonding.
  • Provide general and system administration, including ad hoc support.
  • Support various Go-To-Market and capability initiatives.
  • Process purchase orders and assist with ISO audits.
  • Collaborate as a member of the US business support team, providing coverage for other members during absences.
  • Support workshops and other business support tasks.
  • Develop and maintain best practice processes, share information, and adhere to and maintain knowledge management systems, Teams sites, and databases.
