About The Position

This role is within the central Business Support function, providing first-class administrative support in the Denver office. The focus is on enabling Partners and Consultants to concentrate on client projects by ensuring seamless operations and support. The Facilitator will be the first point of contact for a diverse range of personnel.

Requirements

  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal, with a friendly and professional manner
  • Significant administrative experience, ideally within a large professional services organisation
  • Excellent MS Office skills, especially Outlook, Teams and Word. Experience creating high-quality presentations and using Excel is strongly preferred.
  • Strong experience of diary, travel management and expense submissions
  • Ability to build effective working relationships and work optimally in a team environment
  • Meticulous attention to detail and quality
  • Demonstrate strong planning, organisation and problem-solving abilities, especially when under pressure
  • Adaptable, flexible and committed to supporting your team
  • Strong work ethic, proactive and able to lead on multiple tasks

Responsibilities

  • Administrative support for Partners (approx. 40% of role): Travel and logistic coordination across multiple time zones, Submission of expenses in line with company policy, Calendar or meeting coordination support, Supporting internal team meetings, external client events, and preparing documentation, General time and workload management to meet tight deadlines.
  • Denver office facilities support (approx. 40%): Acting as a main point of contact for office related matters, liaise with staff and building management, Oversee the day-to-day office; order/maintain office supplies, spaces and equipment, Coordinate meetings, events, catering and visitor requirements. Support in the coordination of events that contribute to team building and bonding.
  • General and system administration; ad hoc support (approx. 20%): Supporting various Go-To-Market and capability initiatives, Processing purchase orders and assisting with ISO audits, Be a collaborating member of the US business support team, providing coverage for other members as needed during absence, Supporting workshops and other business support tasks, Responsible for developing and maintaining best practice processes, sharing of information, adhering and maintaining knowledge management systems, Teams sites and databases already in place.
