You will work closely with the Property Valuation and Review Division and software development teams to support systems related to Vermont’s grand list, property tax administration, and Vermont’s Current Use program. Your commitment to continuous improvement in this role will contribute directly to the modernization of government services across Vermont. In this role, you will help coordinate and test software changes, gather business requirements, troubleshoot issues, and support system enhancements that directly impact municipalities, taxpayers, and State staff across Vermont. Examples of work include legislative updates, annual revisions to tax forms and workflows, and operational process improvements. This position requires a high degree of independence, the ability to balance competing priorities, and adaptability in a fast-changing environment.
