ProSidian Seeks a Business Support Analyst - Virtual Assistant (Part-Time | Contract Contingent). This role provides Business Support for the firm's daily business activities, requiring professionalism and technical capabilities to serve as a responsible and resourceful virtual assistant for the team. Working remotely, the Business Support Analyst - Virtual Assistant will organize and update files, create marketing materials, support business development, assist with operations and related activities, draft/formal policies and guidelines, perform research, and assist in creating presentations and sales materials. The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, able to communicate through multiple channels, and super organized. The Virtual Assistant may also support the arrangement of travel itineraries, flights, and rooms, as well as the tracking and management of expenses and payments. This is a blended position requiring MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook/email, and MS Access skills, with both marketing and administrative acumen. The role involves performing general executive assistant duties, formatting and typing documents, making travel arrangements, managing calendars, arranging meetings and appointments, performing research and setting up opportunity pipelines, updating social media, and writing articles and content. Internet research, generating simple reports in Excel, occasional PowerPoint presentations, and various other administrative tasks are also required. Marketing responsibilities include setting up and sending client newsletters, updating and publishing blog posts, and creating and monitoring social media accounts. The position emphasizes flexibility, diversity, technical ability, word processing skills, oral communication and writing, computer skills, self-motivation and discipline, quick thinking and effective decision making, and a love for continuous learning. The Business Support Analyst - Virtual Assistant is expected to keep the business organized, be proactive, quick on their feet, an excellent problem solver, and take initiative to meet deadlines.
