About The Position
The Business Strategy Team for Developer is responsible for the strategic direction and implementation of our Developer / GitHub business, coordinating teams across sales, engineering, finance, marketing and device partners. Essential for advancing Agentic success, This role manages long-term plans, spots areas for growth, and navigates challenges. By harmonizing product and partner opportunities, the role supports the development of innovative solutions, business models and the modernization of established business practices, playing a key role in our overall AI growth strategy. Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or related field AND 4+ years experience in business consulting, sales, sales operations, information technology (IT), account management, business development, marketing, IT field sales, or a related field OR equivalent experience.
- 3+ years experience in in Near Term Strategy (1-2 years out), Management Consulting, or Finance.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field AND 6+ years of marketing, strategy, sales, program management, project management, business planning, consulting, finance, economics, and/or partner organization experience OR equivalent experience.

- Analyse market dynamics and competitive trends.
- Create strategic narratives and planning materials.
- Lead business planning and strategic initiatives end-to-end.
- Align stakeholders across engineering, marketing, finance, business planning, partners, and sales teams.
