About The Position

This key leadership role drives growth and operational excellence by owning the company's strategic planning processes, business-review cadences, and cross-functional execution, translating leadership priorities into measurable plans, KPIs, and outcomes. The role operates as a force multiplier for the GM and leadership team, connecting strategy, operations, planning, and communications across name.com and Identity Digital (ID). This role reports to the General Manager of name.com. This is a hybrid position from our Denver office.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field – or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 15+ years in strategy, operations, or business operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success owning strategic and annual planning processes and operating cadences (e.g., MBR/QBR or equivalent business reviews).
  • Experience preparing board-facing materials.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach; fluency with OKRs/KPIs and performance reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels, internally and externally.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Ability to work across time zones as part of a global organization as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the company's strategic and annual planning processes in alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead growth design and product planning inputs, market and competitive analysis, and trend identification to inform leadership decisions.
  • Own and run the company's core business-review cadence – Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) – including agenda design, data preparation, narrative, and follow-up on action items.
  • Drive the weekly leadership meeting, board-meeting preparation, and all-hands for both ID and name.com; setting agendas, preparing materials, and ensuring decisions are captured and executed.
  • Coordinate annual planning, budget reviews, talent reviews, and succession planning in partnership with the GM, Finance, and People teams.
  • Define, implement, and track OKRs. Build the reporting and dashboards leadership uses to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Streamline processes, manage OPEX budgets, and ensure efficient collaboration across teams and vendors.
  • Partner closely with finance, marketing, product, engineering, support, and BD to ensure strategic alignment and cohesive execution across the organization.
  • Lead internal communications that keep the organization aligned on strategy, priorities, and results.
  • Use data and analytics to inform strategy and measure performance.
  • Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization and with external partners, including vendors and agency partners.
