Business Strategy Manager - Engage Studios
About The Position
Engage Studios designs, innovates, and builds digital/physical products for a wide range of companies, from large corporations to small startups. Their principle is to make a positive difference through strong execution. They have a history of working with major Swedish companies and international clients, focusing on industries that are not oil drilling or military. They are looking for passionate employees who love design, tech, and people. This specific role is a long-term assignment based at a client on the west coast of Sweden, focused on leading change for a global Health & Safety technology solution.
Requirements
- Prosci Change Management certification (or equivalent certified Prosci practitioner)
- Relevant education in change management, communications, HR, business, psychology, organizational development, or a similar field
- Proven experience leading large-scale IT change in a global business context (Lead level; typically 8+ years relevant experience)
- Demonstrated experience applying Prosci methodology in an enterprise or multi-country environment
- Experience managing adoption of digital tools, systems, or process changes across multiple countries or regions
- Experience working with senior stakeholders, local leaders, and cross-functional teams
- Experience preparing executive-level updates and progress reports
- Experience building and executing communication and engagement plans for change initiatives
- Experience in training strategy development and rollout support
- Experience identifying change impacts, stakeholder groups, and resistance management actions
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Health & Safety or other enterprise technology rollouts is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the global change management strategy for a global Health & Safety technology solution
- Define the change roadmap and deployment approach by country
- Conduct stakeholder analysis and change impact assessment
- Build and support a network of local Change Champions and Ambassadors
- Manage resistance and mitigation plans
- Support country teams during implementation and stabilization
- Monitor adoption and engagement through KPIs
- Develop the global communication plan and communication materials
- Ensure consistent messaging across all countries
- Support awareness campaigns before, during, and after deployment
- Prepare executive-level updates and progress reports
- Build and execute communication and engagement plans
- Develop training strategy and support rollout
