About The Position

This job is responsible for providing strategic leadership and oversight of enterprise-wide initiatives to drive transformation and performance across segments. Key responsibilities include setting program strategy, guiding senior managers, influencing priorities, and fostering collaboration across product, channel, and operations. Job expectations include driving innovation, engaging executive stakeholders, ensuring governance, and delivering measurable outcomes through disciplined execution and change leadership. Managerial Responsibilities: This position may also have responsibilities for managing associates. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business management, project management, operations, governance, risk management, financial center leadership, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of people leadership experience, including coaching, performance management, talent development, and building high-performing teams.
  • Experience leading large-scale initiatives and driving execution across multiple business functions and stakeholder groups.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience translating data into actionable insights for senior leaders.
  • Experience developing and managing governance routines, operational controls, risk disciplines, and performance management processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and partner effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong executive communication skills, including development and delivery of presentations, business reviews, and leadership reporting.
  • Experience leading change management, process improvement, and operational excellence initiatives.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
