About The Position

As a business strategy analyst, you will be responsible for developing plans and business intelligence, monitoring business plans and performance, setting targets, and identifying opportunities to improve service delivery. You will develop and deliver business strategies and solutions aligned with the business architecture of various initiatives, including organizational shift and transformation. The role involves analyzing the organization’s business needs and context for major projects, formalizing business objectives, and identifying, clarifying the scope of, assessing, and recommending business solutions. From needs assessment to rollout, you will analyze the impact of solutions on the organization and ensure their integration. This position requires extensive knowledge of the field, the ability to solve complex problems, manage uncertainty and ambiguity, and coordinate effectively with stakeholders across different fields. Interpersonal savvy and the ability to balance multiple interests are essential. You will serve as a resource person for your unit, teams, and clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field

Responsibilities

  • Analyze costs, benefits, risks, constraints, business opportunities and stakeholder needs in terms of project scope, and identify, formalize and communicate needs and requirements
  • Formalize objectives, help identify value and model business processes
  • Work with users to develop solutions that are aligned with the business objectives, analyze impacts on the various stakeholders, identify prerequisites and internal dependencies, ensure a cross-sector vision of the solution and perform end-to-end requirements traceability
  • Help develop testing strategies and acceptance testing plans, and support the business sector during solution rollout
  • Help develop change management strategies and carry out related activities
