About The Position

This role supports business growth by identifying market opportunities and analyzing competitive trends for key products such as Internet of Things (IoT). It involves collaborating with internal customers to perform complex analyses and deliver insights that inform critical business decisions. The role requires synthesizing recommendations and constructing executive-level presentations to communicate findings clearly and effectively. Success is measured by the ability to influence decision-making, drive cross-functional collaboration, and provide actionable business insights. The work impacts organizational strategy and supports leadership in aligning business initiatives with market dynamics and customer needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree plus 3 years of related work experience OR advanced degree with 1 year of related work experience OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
  • Strategy : Proactive problem solver who can break ambiguous problems into pieces using a hypothesis-driven approach. Ability to frame problems, use strategic frameworks, develop strategies. (Required)
  • Business Acumen: Business Model: Knowledge and understanding of business models, pricing strategies, channel management. Analytical and data-driven, comfortable triangulating data to estimate market sizes and build financial models. (Required)
  • Financial Analysis: Ability to build financial models and develop qualitative analysis, perform sensitivity analysis. Comfortable reading and understanding implications of income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements. (Required)
  • Communication: Ability to synthesize analysis into succinct, executive-ready written, visual, and verbal communications. Ability to articulate rationale and present in front of senior leaders. Effective communicator who knows how to bring structure and clarity to situations where direction is limited. (Required)
  • Problem Solving: Critical Thinking: Ability to think through complex problems. Intellectually curious, enjoys researching about new technologies and products. Natural hustler with a contagious “can-do” attitude. (Required)
  • High Performance Teams: Team player, adept at working with others to overcome obstacles and gain alignment to achieve results (Required)
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

  • Acceptable areas of study include Business, Management, Economics, Statistics, or related field (Preferred)
  • 4-7 years Management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or other related experience requiring quantitative analysis and executive presentation skills. (Preferred)
  • Less than 2 years Prior experience in B2B, Product Strategy, and/or Telecom. (Preferred)
  • 4-7 years Strategy and Problem Solving experience in framing complex problems, identifying key issues that impact business decisions and providing data driven recommendations. (Preferred)
  • 4-7 years Financial modeling and Analytics. Experience developing financial models and performing financial and operating analysis and reporting, including analyzing complex data. (Preferred)
  • 2 or more years Project management. Experience managing project independently, engaging and getting buy-in from stakeholders, crafting roadmaps and project plans. (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and advise strategic decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Finance, Marketing, Technology, and Sales to support business planning
  • Develop financial and decision-making models such as market share analysis and business case estimates to guide investments
  • Create and deliver executive-level presentations that clearly communicate complex analyses and recommendations
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities and communications to support strategic initiatives and leadership engagements
  • Synthesize business insights and craft messaging tailored to diverse audiences to support performance reviews and growth initiatives
  • Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
