The Business Solutions Specialist (Temporary 18 months) is responsible for the operation and support enhancement testing and ongoing reliability of Beem Credit Unions digital banking platforms including online banking mobile banking digital onboarding and integrated payment systems. This role acts as an application support subject matter expert for beam DB and its integration with DNA providing hands on troubleshooting vendor coordination testing support and technical input to ensure stable secure and intuitive digital the member experiences. The specialist works closely with internal teams and 3rd party vendors to identify root causes of issues support enhancements and break fix initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aligned with organizational priorities. This role is a Temporary 18 month position that is open to hybrid working arrangements within British Columbia.
