About The Position

Reporting to the Director, Corporate Functions Solutions, the selected candidate will contribute to the team’s mandate. As a member of the Corporate Functions Solution team, you will support the corporate teams in delivering technological solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or an equivalent field
  • A minimum of one (1) to two (2) years of relevant professional experience in a position as a business analyst or functional analyst
  • Strong proficiency in using AI tools to enhance productivity and support low-code development
  • Strong problem-solving skills, initiative, and demonstrated curiosity to go beyond apparent facts and conduct thorough, factual, and value-added research
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics in an understandable manner to business partners
  • Bilingualism: English and French (frequent interactions in English with PSP employees based in our offices in Hong Kong, London and New York, and interactions in French with employees in our local offices in Montreal and Ottawa)

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of integrated HCM (Workday), ITSM (ServiceNow), GRC solutions, SQL is an asset
  • Knowledge of best practices in IT solution design

Responsibilities

  • Gather, understand, analyze, and manage business requirements to deliver, improve, and operate viable solutions aligned with the group's directions
  • Closely collaborate with business partners, team members and product managers
  • Support business partners in their operations and processes such as ITSM, HR, Communications, Enterprise Risk, Legal, Corporate Finance etc.
  • Take charge of the analysis of files, including refine stories, create acceptance criteria to facilitate the work transition to the development team
  • Contribute to the creation of documentation that supports the team's activities
  • Coordinate dependencies with various groups within the organization
  • Actively participate in planning, review, and retrospective meetings
  • Prepare and perform quality assurance activities according to established standards
