About The Position

The Business Solutions Relationship Support Specialist provides onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support for commercial and Business Solutions clients, helping ensure services are set up correctly and customers receive responsive, accurate assistance. Key responsibilities include coordinating new client setups, guiding users through features and processes, troubleshooting day-to-day service issues, documenting requests, and partnering with internal teams to deliver best-in-class customer service.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Specialized schooling and/or on-the-job training in a specific skill area (e.g., data processing, clerical/administrative)
  • 2 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Pride in detail, follow-through, and helping customers succeed with financial services

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate new client setups
  • Guide users through features and processes
  • Troubleshoot day-to-day service issues
  • Document requests
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver best-in-class customer service
  • Review setup details for accuracy
  • Walk a customer through next steps by phone or email
  • Track open items
  • Update notes and status records
  • Coordinate timing with internal partners
  • Close out completed items with clear confirmation back to the customer
