About The Position

SC is seeking a motivated, energetic, and relationship-driven Business Solutions Partner to grow our presence in Pratt and surrounding communities. This role focuses on selling SC’s suite of business internet and phone services to new and existing business customers. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong communication skills, a passion for helping local businesses, and experience in B2B sales. This position will carry a quota and have a base/commission structure. The representative will travel throughout the territory 3-4 days per week, meeting customers face-to-face. When not traveling, the outside sales representative will work from the Pratt office location.

Requirements

  • High-level of self-motivation and ability to manage time independently.

  • Comfortable working in the field 3-4 days per week.
  • Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, identify, and generate new business opportunities through cold calls, door-to-door outreach, networking, referrals, and community engagement.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified business
  • Represent SC at local Chambers of Commerce, trade shows, and community business
  • Conduct on-site meetings to understand customer needs and recommend SC’s business internet and phone solutions.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations and
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet monthly revenue
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing customers in
  • Provide exceptional follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upsell
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales

  • Submit weekly reports and forecasts for sales
