About The Position

We’re looking for a highly organized Business Partner to join our Business and Operations team! As a Business Partner for Esler Companies – Renewal by Andersen you will work closely with the Executive Business Partner to support our Senior Leadership Team, ensuring the executive team operates with clarity, alignment, and efficiency. Ideally, you are someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves solving problems before they surface, and brings both operational rigor and polished communication skills to every interaction. While this role is primarily in-office, it will require occasional travel.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience supporting senior executives or high-level leaders; must be proactive and hands-on.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office (Microsoft 365, Excel, Powerpoint), and tools such as Canva for visual content creation.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with calm, confidence, and discretion.
  • High emotional intelligence and a collaborative, service-oriented mindset.
  • Must be comfortable working with data, dashboards, and recurring executive reports, with the ability to synthesize information into clear insights.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with project management platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Executive Business Partner to manage priorities, workflows, and information flow for the Senior Leadership Team.
  • Coordinate complex scheduling, meeting preparation, and follow-through across the executive team.
  • Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and executive summaries.
  • Ensure leaders are equipped with the right context, data, and materials ahead of key meetings.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives led by the Senior Leadership Team while providing administrative and logistical support.
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies to keep teams aligned.
  • Assist with operational planning, leadership cadence, and internal communications.
  • Help maintain executive dashboards, trackers, and documentation.
  • Assist in coordination of leadership meetings, offsite events, midyear events, new year kickoff meetings, and holiday parties.
  • Capture notes, decisions, and action items to ensure accountability and follow-through.
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Uphold confidentiality and sound judgement in all interactions.
  • Strengthen systems, processes, and tools that improve executive effectiveness.
  • Anticipate needs and remove friction for the executive team.
  • Represent Esler Companies with professionalism, warmth, and clarity.
  • Other job duties as assigned.
