The company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Presales Solution Consultant with a strong focus on Supply Chain. This role involves strategic solutioning, pre-sales consulting, and leveraging industry expertise to assist enterprise clients in their digital transformation. The consultant will collaborate with sales teams, business architects, and customers to design and demonstrate customized solutions for complex field service challenges.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in pre-sales consulting or solution architecture.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software (EAM, FSM, ERP) and business process mapping.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to travel throughout North America up to 50%.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with IFS Cloud or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as Solution Selling or Value Engineering.
  • Degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of solution strategies aligned with field service business models.
  • Translate customer business challenges into tailored IFS Cloud solutions.
  • Guide C-level stakeholders through digital transformation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of solution architecture with industry best practices.
  • Conduct discovery workshops to understand “As-is” and define “To-be” states.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling Proof of Value demonstrations.
  • Respond to RFPs/RFIs with detailed functional and technical insights.
  • Build custom demos and business models that reflect field service KPIs and workflows.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of field service industries including common pain points, metrics, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop industry-specific toolkits (e.g., presentations, demo scripts, white papers).
  • Provide feedback to product management based on customer needs and industry trends.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product Management, and Consulting teams.
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, webinars, and customer events.
