About The Position

Conduent is seeking a Business Solution Architect to work cross-functionally across multiple lines of its commercial business. The role is intended for someone with a financial background, an understanding of technology ecosystems, and an interest in using data-driven solutions to promote innovation. The architect designs and implements solutions that deliver measurable value to clients while aligning with market trends and organizational strategy.

The position involves interpreting business challenges, developing strategies and solutions for client needs, guiding implementation, and collaborating with sales, practice, delivery, and technical teams. The role may lead functional teams or projects of moderate resource requirements, risk, or complexity, and its work is guided by functional policies. The position is remote.

The estimated salary range is $125,000–$165,000; actual pay may vary based on factors including location, experience, and performance. Depending on business need, the position may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in business architecture, solution development, or product strategy roles.
• Strong financial acumen and comfort working with large data sets and complex numerical analysis.
• Technological literacy and ability to understand and communicate IT-related concepts, including systems, APIs, compute, network, storage, and security architecture.
• Demonstrated success in stakeholder engagement, conflict resolution, and negotiation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to positively influence diverse teams and groups.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities across various functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of scalable business solutions tailored to general and client-specific needs.
• Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for business strategy and solution design.
• Collaborate with technical teams using an understanding of technology platforms and systems.
• Engage in high-level negotiations and build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Interpret complex internal and external business challenges and recommend best practices for continuous improvement.
• Support solution implementation to ensure delivery aligns with budget, timeline, customer expectations, and client needs.

• Develop strategies for new offerings based on client needs.
• Ensure effective use and application of resources.
