About The Position

In this role, you’ll oversee daily operations, lead and develop a high-performing team, and drive excellence in business and treasury service delivery. Supervise and direct the daily operations and strategic execution of the Business Services Department to ensure scalable, compliant, and high-quality support for Royal Credit Union’s business members and internal partners. Maintain advanced expertise in business products, business accounts and treasury services while providing leadership, coaching, and operational direction to the Business Services team. Provide leadership and oversight for Business Services support of Treasury Management products and services, including direct oversight of Business Services Representatives supporting treasury functions and complex treasury service delivery. Serve as a key operational leader and subject‑matter authority for complex business relationships, elevated risk scenarios, and non‑standard service needs. Partner closely with Treasury Management, Commercial Lending, Business Banking, and Business Loan Processing to ensure consistent onboarding, servicing, and administration of business deposit and treasury products. This role is accountable for service delivery, risk management, process improvement, and team development, and works closely with the Director of Commercial Loan and Deposit Operations to achieve Royal Credit Union’s organizational objectives, goals, and initiatives.

Requirements

Four (4) years of experience working in a financial institution with focus on business accounts, business services, treasury management, or related commercial support functions.
Two (2) years of demonstrated leadership experience, supervisory experience, or equivalent leadership training with responsibility for coaching, decision-making, or work direction.
Demonstrated knowledge of business entity structures and applicable regulatory requirements related to business account onboarding and maintenance.
Strong technical and operational proficiency, including the ability to quickly learn and leverage new systems, effectively use Microsoft Office and digital tools, and navigate platforms supporting business accounts, treasury services, and online banking solutions.
Advanced expertise in business account operations and treasury services, including complex relationship management, risk-based decision making, and oversight of products such as remote deposit capture and Positive Pay.
