About The Position

The Business Services Supervisor serves as a Team Facilitator, directing and monitoring non-clinical staff to ensure work goals are met and action plans are developed. The role develops and improves workflows, trains and orients new staff, provides staff development and feedback, supports and communicates new initiatives that affect the team, and provides leadership support to the clinic manager as needed. The position is located at Generations, Women's Health, at 2641 Development Drive in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The schedule is 40 hours per week on days, with no weekends or holidays.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Patient Registration functions; 1–3 years of experience is preferred.
• Previous supervisor experience is preferred.
