Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Four (4) years experience working in a financial institution with focus on new accounts and services.
Two (2) years leadership or equivalent leadership training.
Must be bondable Upon Hire.
Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop team members through effective communication, performance management, and delegation while fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
Strong business services expertise, including knowledge of business accounts, products, and treasury management services, with the ability to provide guidance on complex scenarios.
Proven ability to manage operations efficiently by monitoring productivity, improving processes, and ensuring quality service delivery aligned with organizational goals.
Technical proficiency with business banking systems, digital tools, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), with the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
Solid understanding of compliance, regulations, and policies related to business services, with the ability to ensure adherence while supporting organizational initiatives and risk management.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's Degree or the Equivalent in Experience in Business.
Knowledge of business entities and experiences with business accounts and services or treasury management services.

Responsibilities

Supervise overall operation of the Business Services Department and provide expertise, coaching, mentoring and guidance.
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of business products and services and direct the daily operation of business services for Royal Credit Union as a whole.
Collaborate with Treasury Management on our suite of treasury products, future offerings and support of their team.
Responsible for the department's involvement in actively promoting the full line of Business Services to Members and Team Members.
This position will work closely with the VP-Business Loan Operations and Services to achieve Royal Credit Union's objectives, goals and initiatives.
