About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Business Services Specialist to perform operational and customer support duties for Cash Management customers. This person will provide a full range of professional, technical and general support to customers and bank personnel. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in delivering exceptional service by managing customer setups, supporting digital banking products, and ensuring compliance with banking and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years banking or customer service experience
  • Must have a sense of urgency while still being able to effectively prioritize tasks and maintain strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Prepare new customer contracts and revisions to existing contracts.
  • Provide customer support to cash management administrator and users for any questions.
  • Coordinate with team members on all new account setups. Work with vendors to order the hardware and ensure timely installations. Provides ACH rules to new customers.
  • Conducts customer training at the time of product installation and upon request or necessity provides onsite guidance.
  • Gathers data for Cash Management Risk Assessments. Research and provide data for audits, and perform the audits onsite when necessary.
  • Update product manuals for Cash Management customers and department by working with other team members. Assist in developing procedures for new products.
  • Monitors customer’s compliance of all Cash Management products through training, research, and attending meetings, seminars etc.
  • Knowledgeable of Third Party Senders and assist in the monitoring of these customers.
  • Create quarterly newsletter with enhancements to products, holiday reminders, and important compliance information.
  • Monitor the Cash Management email box and acts upon correspondence from customers and vendors.
  • Coordinates system updates and application releases for Remote Deposit Capture and Cash Management products.
  • Understand the Cash Management suite of products to assist the frontline in providing exceptional customer service by sharing knowledge, how the services can work together and how the different mixes of the services best suit the customer’s goals.
