Business Services New Accounts and Cash Management Consultant
About The Position
This role provides exceptional service to business clients through proactive relationship management, tailored financial guidance, and timely resolution of needs across all deposit products, digital banking, and cash management services. The consultant works closely with department and branch team members to attract new business members and assists them with new deposit accounts, digital banking, and cash management services. The position involves opening and maintaining all types of deposit accounts and services offered by MAX Credit Union, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of personal and business banking products, and making appropriate recommendations. The consultant will also sell and implement business solutions such as Remote Deposit Capture, ACH services, and digital banking tools. A key aspect of the role is partnering with internal departments to deliver holistic solutions and ensuring a seamless member service experience. The position requires a member-first mindset, upholding core values, building relationships, and completing all required training.
Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of personal and business banking products.

- Sells and implements business solutions such as Remote Deposit Capture, ACH (Automated Clearing House) services, and digital banking tools to enhance convenience and access.
- Partners with internal departments to deliver holistic solutions for members.
