About The Position

Cold Front Distribution, a leading DSD supplier, provides products to grocery
and retail supply chains with a 17-state regional geography. Quality and
precision drive our sales and service teams as we leverage every effort to
optimize purchase, flow, sale and service of the most recognized national and
regional brands of Ice Cream, Frozen Pizza and Frozen Prepared Foods in the
industry.

We are looking for a Business Service Manager to work in our Westminster, CO
office.

Requirements

• Project management experience highly recommended.
• This position requires subject matter expertise and understanding of the infrastructure and systems in use. DSD Manager software a plus!
• Detail orientated
• Excellent written, interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient with Excel and Microsoft Office programs.
• Strong decision making and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s Degree (BA) or equivalent, or four to ten years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Nice To Haves

• DSD Manager software a plus!

Responsibilities

• Overseeing business operations across departments.
• Managing organizational resources and providing strategic operational support to senior management.
• Product knowledge, promotional awareness, product authorization, and rebates.
• Overseeing the onboarding of new and existing customers and vendors from the application process to the transactions of sales. Continuous monitoring of customers to ensure data is up to date.
• Conducts studies of work problems, procedures, and processes to ensure a high level of operational effectiveness.
• Ensures that all sales commissions and fees are processed according to the standard Company policies and procedures.
• There will be some accounting responsibilities such as but not limited to general ledger coding and reclassing, cash collection applications and bank reconciliations.
