The Business Service Representative- AP Lead role is a permanent position within the Business Services Team, located in Spruce Pine. This role is crucial for optimizing financial transactions and systems, fostering strong relationships with vendors and suppliers through timely payments, assisting in streamlining and improving the accounts payable process, and ensuring integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with national and local financial regulations in all financial reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from accredited university in Finance or related field
• Must have experience working in an ERP, preferably SAP experience.
• 3 or more years relevant finance experience with a background in manufacturing.
• Fluency in the local language and written and spoken English.

Nice To Haves

• SAP implementation experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment.
• Perform invoice and general-ledger data entry.
• Follow-up and resolve issues that prevent invoices from being paid timely.
• Assist senior financial officers as needed.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of company and partner information.
• Support special projects.
• GRIR maintenance.
